Privacy
policy.
Updated 28 October 2026. This page explains what information may be processed when you use this portfolio or get in touch.
Who is responsible
David Demchyk. For questions about personal information, contact daviddemchik7@gmail.com.
Information I receive
When you submit the form, you provide your name, email, type of service and project description. You can also contact me by email, Telegram or Freelancehunt. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.
Why it is used
I use your information to read and answer your enquiry, discuss possible collaboration and, if agreed, deliver the project. Sending the form is a voluntary request from you; other legal grounds may apply where an agreement or legal obligation exists. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing messages without separate consent.
Service providers
Your enquiry is sent via FormSubmit to Gmail. Email providers process the messages; see Google’s privacy policy. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request data, including IP addresses, to operate and protect its service. These providers may process information outside your country.
If you visit Telegram or Freelancehunt, that platform’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Cookies and local data
At the time of this update, this website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Language is chosen from browser settings; a manual language choice is stored locally. You can change it with the language switcher or clear site data in your browser. The project workspace stores your draft in this browser’s local storage; you can remove it with the Clear draft button. Temporary session storage transfers a brief to the contact form. The PWA may cache site files in the browser for offline viewing. External providers may use technical files under their own policies. UTM Builder creates links in your browser and does not send the entered values to this website’s server.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to respond, work on an agreed project and meet applicable legal obligations. Third-party retention is governed by those providers’ policies. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or restriction of its processing. Requests are considered under applicable law and any lawful retention obligations.
